PRECISE SEEDING OF ALL TYPES OF SEEDS AND FERTILISER
Description :
· 150L/350 liter polyethylene tank(8 outlet),500L SUS304 tank(12 outlet) capacity: 1 to 12 outlets.
· Adjustable seeds rate from 1 to 300kg / ha.
· The seeder is equipped with a blower driven by a 12 volt electric motor.
· The distribution shaft roller is driven by a stepping electric motor.
· The airflow delivery the seed into flexible plastic hoses with an inside diameter of 25mm.
· There are robust construction, easy installation and easy handling, mounted on almost implements.
All the seeder includes:
--150L/350L polyethylene tank and variety customized SUS304 tank
--Android based APP with 6 inch graphic operation panel in cab
--Agitator with empty indicator in the hopper
-- Radar sensor for speed-rate adjustable
--Also supplied as standard with: 8 or 16 baffle plates with U-brackets for mounting;

Seed metering mechanism
Unlike most other types of seeders, the YongXiang seeders uses individual metering wheels for each seed outlet enabling extremely accurate seed metering and guaranteeing the same amount of seed is fed to each outlet,This is crucially important when using low seed rates and small seeds.Tool-free handling For changing the roller with various cells for different spreading materials (fine, medium, arge), no tools are required. grass seeds roller shaft is supplied as standard.

Control panel LCD pad in-cab
The Android based user-friendly LCD pad fitted in cab allows the operator to control and adjust basic seeding parameters.
It also can monitoring the seeder hoses condition,seeds level,caculating working time and area in real time,Simple touch button priming switch on the seeder unit for seed calibration.
Control and drive system
The amount of seed applied is controlled by the speed of the metering roller and is adjusted until the desired seed rate is achieved. The Yongxiang seeder has a clever step-less 12V electric motor that is constantly checked and adjusted by the computer control box to give you a constant seed rate at all times.

Electric fan airflow seeds delivery
The two 12v electric fans provide the airflow to deliver the seed down the pipe to the correct position ,makes seeds delivering instanty and evenly.
The fans are totally enclosed by mesh air intakes to prevent the ingress of straw and chaff.
Radar sensor for rate-speed adjust
All YongXiang Seeders have a radar sensor metering the farward speed and feed back the speed value to control box,give constant forward speed related seed metering. It does not matter if you slow down or increase your speed you will always get the correct seed rate.
Agitator with seed level sensor
Seed agitator fitted standard above the roller shaft to avoid any bridging of seed,which can also ensures an efficient and gentle flow of seeds.Inside the hopper there is also a seed level sensor connected to the control box and also a allowing quick and easy view of seed levels.
Lift pull switch kit
This sensor connect the seeder using a 2-pin cable , the sowing shaft of the seeder can automatically work and stop when the implements is raised or lowered.
The switch is fitted in a metal box and mounted on the upper link of 3-point,using a spring (for length compensation) and a chain, when the implements lifted,the chain path becomes longer and pull switch switchs off and seeder stop sowing,however if implements lowered,the spring reset and switch switchs on and seeder sowing again.
Broadcast or band Sown
The advantage of this method of spreading seeds is vevenly regardless of wind conditions ,the seeder comes as standard with 8 or 12 baffle plates with U-brackets which is retained for broadcasting and simply removed for band sowing. The baffle plate can be fixed to a square pipe (40 x 40 mm).
